Vehicle Repairs and Diagnostics
We can repair just about any system on your Mercedes. This includes brakes, clutch, alignment, wheel bearings, steering system, suspension system, lights, air conditioning, coolant system, fuel system, electrical wiring, engines, transmission, and much more!
In addition we are able to provide a wide range of fast and accurate diagnostic services on your vehicle. At MBH we use a variety of equipment and techniques to pin point your vehicles problem from use of scanners, lap tops, and other electrical testing equipment to mechanical testing gauges, road testing and physical inspection. |
In our service department we use original Mercedes-Benz parts.
We like to repair your car at the lowest possible price by true troubleshooting and not just replacing parts by trial and error. We believe the customers are always right, and they are not imagining things. We like to ask questions to find out why there is a problem, how and when it came to existence; and ultimately strive to satisfy the customer. We like to CAREFULLY listen to the customers’ statement and talk to those actual persons who had difficulty with the automobile. There are times that the problems are intermittent. If we can not reproduce the problem and there is no danger involved, we then ask the customer to drive the car after we have performed a small operation; if the problem comes back then we look again. We take time and exercise patience in trouble shooting vehicles.
When replacing or doing extensive work on transmission, we like to drive the car about 100 miles (one or two days) after the work is done to make sure it is completely fixed; for cylinder head and complete engine jobs we prefer 200 and 500 miles of driving before we release the car. So far in the past 21 years plus, NO car has come back after big jobs with any serious problems.
We have the latest diagnostic machines with their latest software to trouble shoot your late model Mercedes.
The biggest complaint in cars is a noise. Aside from brake noise which is most likely number one in the world, the other noises need to be identified as well.

The biggest complaint in cars is a noise. Aside from brake noise which is most likely number one in the world, the other noises need to be identified as well.
Before taking your car to the shop pay attention to the problem noise:
- Does it get louder as you go faster or not?
- Does the frequency changes with the speed?
- Does it get louder during turns? Or slowing down?
- Is it louder when the engine is cold in the morning? Or hot?
- Does it occur when going over bumps?
- Where does it seem the noise is coming from? Front, Rear, Left, or Right?
- Make notes and share it with your technician.
That could be a big help and time saver.
